Born and raised in the Livingston and West Orange, NJ areas, Dr. Weiner graduated from Livingston High School in 1964. He continued on to earn his undergraduate degree as well as his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University, following in both his father and great uncle’s footsteps. Dr. Schubert's special medical interests include cardiology, ultrasound, and exotic pet medicine. In addition to fluffy, four-legged pets, she especially enjoys providing medical care to birds and reptiles. Prior to joining our team, Dr. Schubert spent over a year honing her exotic medical skills under the mentorship of a highly respected exotics veterinarian in southern New Jersey. She is now a member of the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians and the Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians, and looks forward to bringing this specialized service to our hospital.
